
A Teams meeting option is also available.

I invite a person, add a meeting location, and select Skype meeting. Instead, the user is connected to both calls. I create a meeting in Office 365 Outlook Web Access and add the Skype meeting option by clicking more options. Outlook will try to send out the update, but because the software is offline, it will be unable to complete the operation. Now, head back to the meeting update and make your changes. You do this by going to the Send/Receive tab and then clicking Work Offline.

Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center. To specify the Skype for Meetings App as the preferred app:

After a user is upgraded to Microsoft Teams, admins can use the Microsoft Teams admin center to specify the preferred app that users will use to join Skype for Business meetings. If you are in Islands mode, you can choose either Skype meeting or Teams meeting.
